Garcinia cambogia is a tropical fruit that is native to Indonesia. The fruit looks like a small pumpkin and is green to pale yellow in colour. Garcinia cambogia is also known as the Malabar tamarind and is a popular weight-loss supplement.
This powder is a great addition to your favourite smoothie. It can alternatively be blended with juice, soy milk, yogurt or cereals.
